About Authentic Leadership
Authentic Leadership is a 4-month immersive program for women in leadership roles who are ready to show up fully and amplify their impact. Participants will:
- Deepen awareness of their unique leadership style and greatest contribution to the organization.
- Elevate thinking and gain perspective for innovative solutions.
- Build a collaborative approach to relationships that deepen connections and drive engagement.
- Increase confidence and effectiveness within their role, organization and life.
- Build a powerful network to gain insight, perspective, and real-time practice.
Our program creates the space for women to explore, reflect and experiment leading to powerful breakthroughs. We keep each cohort small to encourage open exchange of insights and ideas. This shared experience enables the risk-taking and vulnerability proven to deliver results.
Insights that Stick
The Authentic Leadership experience is a powerful combination of workshops and group coaching labs. Participants explore new concepts in workshops and then have the opportunity to practice and ask questions in the labs to apply what they’ve learned. This approach delivers results and drives accountability.
